1. Tours are to be paid in full at time of booking. Confirmation of booked tour will be made on receipt of full payment for tour.

2. Wedding and special occasions hire date and times will be confirmed in writing and on receipt of a 50% deposit.

3. The balance of the full payment for weddings and special occasions must be received no later than 7 days before the booked date.

4. Wedding and special occasion hire with less than 30 days notice will be accepted and confirmed on full payment.

5. Full payment for tours will be accepted in cash, direct deposit (no later 48 hours prior to the tour) and PayPal with no later than 7 days.

6. Payment options for wedding and special occasion hire will be accepted in cash, PayPal or direct deposit

7. In the event of a cancellation after full payment has been received the amount less the deposit will be refunded.

8. Short notice bookings can be made, dependent upon KITT being available and payment being made immediately.

9. We cannot accept responsibility for adverse weather conditions, or other events that may impact adversely upon the hire period.

10. KITT is maintained to the highest possible mechanical condition. In the unlikely event of a mechanical breakdown a full or partial refund may be considered dependent on the timing of the breakdown.

11. The consumption of alcohol or smoking is prohibited.

12. KITT reserve the right to refuse to carry any person or persons deemed unfit by the driver, for whatsoever reason. Should passenger/s be refused entry to the vehicle or should the driver have cause to refuse to continue the journey no refund will be given.

13. Hire time for tours commences at time of pick up at accommodation or pre-arranged pick up point and concluded at pre-arranged drop of point.

14. Hire time for weddings and special occasions commences at the time of the pre-arranged first pick up and concludes at the time of the pre-arranged last drop off. Time in excess of the booked time is charged at the agreed rate and paid in cash to the driver on the day.

15. Under no circumstances will anyone other than the operator of KITT (chauffeur) drive the vehicle.

16. KITT is only available to drive on sealed roads. Travel on dirt or gravel roads are not included in any booking.

KITT is sleek sports car with minimal interior space and only able to take / seat 2 passengers plus pilot.
Maximum height of each passenger - approx. 180cms. Maximum weight of each passenger approx. 110kgs.

50% Deposit must be paid at time of booking (weddings) and remaining amount (50%) paid within 7 days before the event.
For leavers dinners, birthdays, etc. all bookings must be prepaid to secure the booking.
This is NOT a taxi service and is NOT a self drive car hire service.

PLEASE NOTE: It is illegal to hire a car that is not licensed as a Limousine or Taxi, with this in mind if you
decide to pay for this service using KITT you will be paying for static display purposes at your event
and not for driving to and from the event, the driving of you, family or friends on this day will be
FREE of any charge, the payment you make is for the cars use at the event only.

*If weather conditions or other circumstances prevent your event from taking place then alternative arrangements/dates will need to be made.
A 50% refund would be offered. A full refund will not be issued.
