The
current laws in Australia are very outdated and are really no longer valid in
today's society.
The current laws are failing children and fathers and we demand better parenting
rights for fathers.
The Government and Family Courts are FAILING but most of all they are FAILING
our Children.
Stop feminist bigotry exploiting and abusing our children and the system.
Children need their
"Natural Fathers" in their lives.
Remember...
You and your child are the victims not the criminals.
Refuse to be treated like the criminal in all of this.
The real criminals are the people (usually women/mothers) who commit the act of
abducting the child.
The police, law and courts will treat them like the victim and treat you like a
criminal.

Fathers speak up for YOUR rights and YOUR CHILDS rights. No one has the right to
keep a child from its father or family.
Parental child abduction is a CRIME. Speak Up Now. Fight for your child. I know
times are tough and sometimes all hope is lost but believe me YOU CAN DO THIS... keep on believing... keep on fighting for your
child... keep on with the knowledge that you are
not the only father going through this. Help is there... all you need to do is
ask. There are a lot of support groups for fathers out there you just need to take the first step.
CHILD SUPPORT REFORM
Child Support Reform... Please support this.
The way child support is at present is that
fathers pay child support and all money goes directly into the mothers bank
account so the mother can spend the money how ever she wants. The child (your
child) may never see a single cent of your hard earned money. The mother is free
to spend the money on herself, drugs, alcohol, gambling, gifts for the new
boyfriend, etc. The mother is not accountable in any way, shape or form as to
the money being actually spent on the child.
This is the way Child Support should work and this is how we fathers want change
to Child Support Payments...
Accounts be setup where fathers (or whom is paying child support) pay into a
Child Support account via Child Support Agency. All money is then held in trust
and NOT just given to the mother. The mother can then apply fortnightly or
monthly as to costs, money spent, etc. and provide all receipts and
documentation as to how the money was spent on the child. The application is
then reported to Child Support and a copy to the other parent of the child - the
father. Upon approval from Child Support and the father, the money would then be
paid to the mother to cover these costs for the child or children involved. This
would be then ongoing until the child is 18 years of age or until the child
leaves school. Any money remaining in 'trust' at Child Support then be paid to
the child to help with ongoing costs of schooling at university or further
education.
This is a fair and just system with
all money going into an account and any left over when the child turns 18 they
can have for future study or future investment for a home loan, etc. It also
makes the mother more accountable for money
being spent and to justify how the money is being spent on the child and how the
child receives the payment. After all that's what it is for... child support NOT
for the needs of the mother.
Child Support
money also needs to be tax exempt. The amount of money paid by the father as
child support needs to be tax exempt.
This seems to be the sensible way to deal with
Child Support payments and to ensure that your child is receiving your money and
support. After all that's why it is called... Child Support.
