Terms and Conditions.
*House cleaning services for $25.00 per hour is based on a regular 2 hour weekly or fortnightly booking. A higher rate of $35.00 to $75.00 per hour may apply to one off cleans (Bond Cleans, etc.) or office cleans. Price may also depend on the property location. A $5.00 service fee maybe charged for all bookings to cover the rising cost of fuel.

* Real Estate Rentals, Property Rentals, Bond or Builders Cleans must be pre-paid before work is carried out. Property must be vacant and all furniture and personal items removed before work is carried out.
